Online Courses
We will not refund for a course once it has been accessed as it has been used. Please choose wisely when it comes to purchasing online content.
Face to face courses
We will not refund for a course once you have attended that course. If you have received your manual and cancelled attendance at the course 21 days prior to the course start date you will be refunded for the course, but not the manual cost. If you cancel your face to face attendance within 21 days of the scheduled course you will be able to reschedule but no refund is available.
Online Tutorials
If you cannot attend your online tutorial it is your responsibility to notify Body Organics Education at least 24 hours before the scheduled tutorial and an alternative tutorial time will be offered to you or a refund can be organised. We will not refund for an online tutorial once it has happened.
Delivery Damage
If you think your physical shop item or printed manual order has been damaged during transit, please notify us and provide photos within 48 hours of receiving the damaged package.
Incorrect Item
If you receive a physical shop item or printed manual is not what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns Process For Physical Products

- Advise that you wish to return the product
- Provide relevant details. i.e a description of the issue, including any photographs of the problem
- You will be provided with a reply paid return postage label to:
- Pack the item/s (original packaging if possible) in a suitable postage satchel or carton
- Print the returns label
- Securely stick the label to the package
- Post the item
- We will email you to let you know when we received the product and;
- A replacement will be sent to you via express post, or
- A refund will be applied to the card where payment was taken (please note that your financial institution may take 3-5 working days to clear funds into your bank account)
Shipping
We ship by Express Post in Australia, and to more than 190 countries by UPS Worldwide Express. We are pleased to offer free express shipping if you order a printed manual with your course, both in Australia and internationally! All other orders will be charged at a flat rate – enter your shipping address at checkout to update shipping fees.
Turnaround and Tracking
All orders for physical products are shipped from our facility in Brisbane (Australia) within 1 business day. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with tracking information for you to track the status of your delivery.
Australian Deliveries
Australia Post guarantees Express Post delivery will be next business day for items posted on a business day (Monday to Friday). Next business day delivery covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office Boxes. Service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only.
*Please note that at time of writing, Australia Post has temporarily suspended their Express Post next business day guarantee. The Express Post service will continue to be their fastest postal delivery option for customers – and they’ll continue to prioritise these deliveries. International Deliveries for Physical Products
It’s fast! Estimated delivery of 2-4 business days to metropolitan areas of major cities, only slightly longer for regional areas. It’s secure! Delivery door to door (or nearby Post Office) with recipient signature recorded. It’s trackable! You’ll receive email updates as your package progresses through its journey.
*Please note that we are still shipping to more than 190 countries worldwide, however certain routes may experience delays due to the dynamic nature of the COVID-19 situation.
Import Costs
For some countries, including but not limited to those in the USA, Canada, EU, UK, Switzerland, Norway, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and Mexico – import duties, customs charges and taxes (e.g. VAT) are included in the purchase price.
For any countries where these import costs are not included in the purchase price, a message will display in the checkout ‘local taxes, duties & handling fees excluded’. If any additional import costs are applicable, these must be paid by the customer to local customs on arrival of the order. These costs vary depending on the value and destination country of the order, we recommend contacting the local customs office or broker for specific information on the country. Any re-delivery of parcels needs to be arranged and paid for by the customer.
Incorrect Details
You must provide complete and accurate details at the time of placing your order. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions. If details are incorrect, Body Organics Education is not obliged to resend the order to the correct address at its own expense.

Payment
Body Organics Education accepts payment in multiple currencies. All prices quoted on the website are set to the default currency of your IP address / geolocation and will be updated based on the shipping address entered at checkout. We reserve the right to vary the prices displayed on the website from time to time and without notice. Due to a number of factors pricing in a particular currency may not equate to pricing in another currency based on current currency exchange rates. Body Organics Education accepts payment in multiple currencies via the payment gateway Stripe.

- After you make payment for your order, we will email you an invoice which confirms receipt of your order.
Security
We recognise that protection and safety of information relating to your credit card and payment details is very important. Therefore, we provide you with a very safe and stress-free online shopping experience. We use the highest strength Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption to transmit your personal and credit card details. We do not store your credit card details at any time.
Consent to marketing material
By making a purchase in our online store you consent to receive further electronic communications from us in relation to the Body Organics Education business, including information relating to products, promotions, special offers and any other commercial message. You may opt out at any time by simply clicking ‘unsubscribe’ within one of our mail-outs.
Processing Of Orders
Your order of online material will be processed immediately once your payment is confirmed. You will receive your introductory email within an hour of purchase. This email will include your login information for access to your course. Once the access code is used there are no refunds offered, see our refund policy. Orders for physical products are processed by 2pm AEST each business day, so please keep this in mind if the order is required urgently. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, in Queensland, Australia.
Cancellation Of Orders
Body Organics Education may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the products subject to your order. We will contact you should this occur.
Governing Law
The laws of Queensland, Australia govern these purchase and shipping terms.
