Students will be introduced to neuroanatomy terms and principles that are relevant for teachers and students wanting to go in depth in any neurological or autoimmune conditions.

Breath
This course is designed to improve a movement professional’s understanding of the primary and secondary muscle structures of breathing.

Introduction to Movement
This course is an introduction to movement anatomy and physiology. Students will learn basic anatomical terminology and understand how the human body moves and functions.

Pelvis Two – Hip and Femur
The Anatomy Dimensions Pelvis Two course is designed to improve a movement professional’s understanding of the structures of the pelvis, hip and femur.

Pelvis One – Psoas and Sacrum
This course will improve a movement professional’s understanding of the structures of the pelvis, sacrum and the psoas muscle; facilitating movements of the spine.

The Shoulder
This course is designed to improve a movement professional’s understanding of the structures and muscles of the shoulder girdle.

Elbows, Wrists & Hands
This course is designed to improve a movement professional’s understanding of the structures of the hand, wrist and elbow and how this relates to studio work.

Spine & Torso
This course is designed to improve a movement professional’s understanding of the anatomy, physiology and structures of the spine and torso.

The Knee
This course is designed to improve a movement professional’s understanding of the structures of the knee and provide exercise ideas for the studio and home.

Pilates Repertoire Courses

Embracing The Curve
The Embracing the Curve course introduces movement teachers to the Barrel and Arcs and how this relates to Pilates repertoire particularly on the Reformer and the Mat.

CoreAlign® 2
The Pilates Stands Up course extends a movement teachers repertoire on the CoreAlign® and gives ways to adapt the repertoire for clients.

CoreAlign® 1
The Pilates Stands Up course introduces movement teachers to the CoreAlign® and how its unique apparatus relates to Pilates repertoire.

Resetting the Table 2
Movement teachers can discover more leg and arm work repertoire for the Trapeze Table from introductory level through to more complex movements.
