Pilates Repertoire Courses

Explore a comprehensive range of repertoire on Pilates equipment, delving into both traditional and contemporary interpretations. Our repertoire courses provide a deep understanding of the exercises performed on the equipment, allowing you to expand your skill set and versatility as a Pilates practitioner.

Pilates Repertoire Courses

Our Pilates repertoire courses will take you through the repertoire of the mat and all pilates apparatus, as well as some non-traditional pilates apparatus (CoreAlign and Fuse Ladder). These courses look at traditional and contemporary interpretations of the repertoire, and are appropriate for:
// experienced teachers wanting to review their understanding of repertoire and explore new ways of modifications and variation
// qualified teachers returning to teaching after a break
// students and junior teachers undertaking their training wanting detailed instructions and materials to help supplement materials they receive in their formal training course

We have broken the Pilates repertoire courses into families of exercises and set ups, so that students can work through the progression of the repertoire from an introductory level through to more complex movements. Each course and manual will identify the family of exercises associated with repertoire. We have organised the material in this way to help students make connections between the repertoire of Pilates and non-Pilates apparatus to better understand the interrelationship focus and purpose of the work and movement in general. We have also provided small flow and transition classes throughout the courses to help students better understand how the repertoire works when teaching a class.

Some of our repertoire courses are recognised for continuing education credits with ESSA, NPCP and PAA. If you are a member of AusActive you can receive CEC points for the courses through the affiliated education arrangements.  If you are and Australian Allied Health Practitioner needing AHPRA points you can receive points through presenting the course outline and certificate of completion.

What Our Students Have to Say

Body Organics courses are perfect for the seasoned instructor who wants to learn a deeper knowledge of anatomy. Body Organics teachers have an incredible way of explaining complicated biomechanics in easy to apply methods. I’ve always found learning anatomy from a textbook hard to follow, but Carla applies imagery to bring the concepts to life. When you understand how the body moves, you’ll be able to have the capability to cater to a range of complex clients and this is what you get with Body Organics.
