Pilates On-Demand Classes

Pilates On-Demand Classes

Our Pilates on-demand classes use traditional Pilates and CoreAlign apparatus in new and interesting ways to inspire purposeful movement for you and your clients.

Our Pilates on-demand classes provide flowing programmes using single apparatus with varied modifications and progressions. These classes are for clients of varied levels and conditions. Each class has a specific goal and focus detailed in the description and at the beginning of the video. You will see us teaching a person so that you can gain insight into how to move as well as how to teach. The courses provide appropriate safe repertoire with detailed explanations on the why and how that the class can be taught.

Some of these classes are also included in our larger courses if you are looking for more information regarding a specific topic, or wanting an insight into a specific health condition. The classes include explanations about the why and how of a movement and will give you both a great workout and practical hands-on flows that you can apply in your studio with your clients straight away.

All of our Pilates on demand classes are professionally filmed and edited. You will have access to the classes for three years from purchase. When you purchase more than three classes or any of our courses a discount will automatically appear at checkout.
