Course Description
One of the most common causes of pain that movement practitioners come in contact with is issues with the tendons of the body, whether it is a recent inflammation, a long term tendinopathy or a full tear of the tendon. This course will look at the full range of tendon damage and the different stages of healing. Course participants will also gain an understanding of the do’s and don’ts in a movement setting when dealing with clients in the different stages of tendon repair. Exercises that will assist in pain reduction and rehabilitation of the most common tendon injuries will be discussed.
