Learn how the stresses of modern life and associated illnesses affect our immunity and what implications this has for you as a movement teacher in your classes. You will gain an understanding of the physiology of the immune system and how the immune response affects the human body. The course will incorporate lessons from a somatic movement therapist Leisa Parker.
